Axios Systems and GFI Informatique extend assyst offering in France

The partnership agreement will extend assyst’s availability in France where Axios opened an office in 2001. 


GFI Informatique said it had chosen assyst to help it respond to the challenges of infrastructure management and would systematically incorporate the solution to complement or replace existing tools. 


The French firm’s infrastructure management services include facilities management at customers’ sites, remote management and infrastructure outsourcing at its own centres and global applications outsourcing. In France it also provides secure ISO 9001-certified outsourcing services from centres in Lyon, Nantes and Sophia-Antipolis. 


assyst offers a unique life cycle approach to IT Service Management through the integration of all ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) Service Management processes in a single application. 


GFI, which employs almost 7,000 staff, is a founding member of itSMF France, the French chapter of the independent, international forum for IT Service Management professionals. More than 50 engineers and technicians have been trained and certified in ITIL® Best Practice.
