Axios Systems, a leading provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions is delighted to announce the return of Steve Spratt to the Company, as its new Chief Operating Officer.
In this new global COO role, Spratt will take worldwide responsibility for all commercial and operational areas of the business as well as drive strategic measures in the coming months.
Spratt, who acted as Vice President during his first stint at Axios Systems between 2000 and 2005, assumes this new role after nearly two years as COO at HotDocs.
During this time, Spratt helped HotDocs achieve significant growth since 2015 before the company was sold in 2017.
Spratt brings over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries, including government, banking, media and software. He has also held senior positions at Borland, Netcall and Noble Systems, taking responsibility for professional services, sales and channel development.
Spratt’s appointment aims to build on recent growth for the Company and continue to place it at the forefront of the ITSM market. Its leading ITSM solution assyst is an intuitive out-of-the-box toolset which supports the entire IT function without the costly development and customization work of other vendors.
