Axios Systems, a leading provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions today announced the appointment of Jon Carr as its new Global Inside Sales Manager.
An experienced sales professional with over 20 years of experience, Jon arrives at Axios Systems’ Edinburgh headquarters from INCo, having spent the last eight years leading high performing outbound telemarketing and inside sales teams across the UK, EMEA and US markets and delivering over 1,500 campaigns for over 500 clients for some of the leading IT companies in the world such as SAP, Oracle and Infor.
Having worked across the Advertising, Marketing, IT and Telecommunication sectors, Jon has amassed a history of strong delivery and passion, which has seen him work for high profile organisations such as Yell, Thomson Directories and Azzurri Communications.
Jon will be responsible for leading a burgeoning global sales team from the Company’s UK base, orchestrating lead generation for the wider business and market growth strategies worldwide.
He will also be tasked with ensuring effective lead management processes are implemented across the globe as well as creating and meeting lead, prospect and opportunity sales targets.
