Axios Systems, a leading provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions today announced the appointment of Carolanne Lang as its new Global Head of Support.
Carolanne is a dedicated, respected and highly experienced ITIL® Expert accredited professional who spent five years as Delivery Director at Lockheed Martin before joining Sword IT Solutions Ltd in Aberdeen as Operations Director.
With over 22 years of experience, Carolanne is also certified in MCDST and MCP and will front the Global Support function at Axios Systems.
In her new role, Carolanne will be responsible for providing ownership and coordination of support services throughout their lifecycles as well as driving improvement in provision of service to customers, building measurable customer satisfaction improvements and feedback to support global growth.
Carolanne will also be tasked with leading negotiations of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring processes and underpinning contracts are met through Axios Systems’ service provision.
