NPF Sberbank (Non-government pension fund of Sberbank) enhanced IT service management processes on the new ITSM platform

NPF Sberbank and Axios Systems successfully launched an ITSM project on the platform assyst.

This enabled NPF Sberbank to speed up request fulfillment and lower operational expenses by data exchange with self-service portal, IT asset management, timely user trainings and centralized IT service quality management. The project was launched within very short terms and with maximum ITIL processes involved (IT Infrastructure Library).

assyst was set into operation within 3 months. On the 1st stage Service Catalogue and quality parameters were set up. Then project teams of NPF Sberbank and Axios Systems automated Incident, Service request and Change management. As a result, NPF Sberbank got all analytical data needed to enhance IT services.

Further development will include automation of Asset and Configuration management including enhancement of licenses usage and license purity management on the basis of assyst ITOM.
