Office Administrator

Reports to Executive Assistant / UK Office Manager

Job purpose

  • To provide general administrative and organisational support to all functions within the Edinburgh office
  • To undertake ad hoc administrative tasks

Job responsibilities

  • Reception duties/manage switchboard
  • All general ad-hoc ‘front of house’ administration including printing, filing, photocopying and scanning of documents
  • Prepare tea, coffee and lunches where required
  • General maintenance of the office and tidying when required
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Arrange accommodation, catering and any other requirements for visiting business colleagues, suppliers and customers covering all departments
  • Organise meetings and conferences, prepares and collates information and co-ordinates logistics for accommodation, transport and entertainment activities
  • Responsible for printing & sending training material to customers
  • Manage the courier control within Axios – responsible for sending couriers & maintaining the courier control
  • Performs any other administrative duties as required
