Business Solutions Consultant D A CH

Job purpose

As a Business Solutions Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts into new and existing accounts.

Job responsibilities

  • Providing live demos of our standard ITSM & ITOM solutions
  • Respond to the technical part of tenders
  • Conduct discovery sessions to collect business and technical data from customers and prospects regarding their requirements
  • Tailoring and delivering technical presentations on the Axios assyst solution and complementary technologies
  • Provide excellent levels of service to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond
  • Deliver a compelling business case to customers detailing the solution benefits, roadmap to value and reasons to engage with Axios
  • Represent Axios in the marketplace, meeting with customers and supporting initiatives to build the pipeline
  • Creation of Best Practice Response Templates
  • Compile data on competitive advantages of our products from cross-functional and global colleagues as well as market sources
  • Product Knowledge (i.e. assyst solution & 3rd party)
  • ITIL & ITSM Knowledge

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Highly motivated, innovative and energetic
  • Fluent in German and very good English language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of modern IT infrastructures
  • Excellent communication skills in terms of presentation, writing and technical discussions
  • Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to liaise with other departments within Axios including global team members
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant supervision
  • Team player who is skilled at working in a collaborative and cohesive environment
  • Strong technical and creative writing skills (German, English)
  • Ability to work towards and meet deadlines in a changing environment
  • Proficiency with the suite of MS Office products
  • Technical and business acumen.
  • Comfortable giving technical presentations and speaking in front of a group.

Desirable

  • Service Management experience especially Service Desk software and ITIL
  • Knowledge of competitors within the ITSM space.
  • Experience in submitting technical proposals for both Federal and Commercial accounts
  • Good understanding of Product Marketing as it relates to new software upgrades/releases and product enhancements
  • Solid experience understanding market position and utilizing competitive SWOT analysis to Axios’ advantage in RFP responses
