assystAPP is accessible to all levels of assyst Users, from Service Desk staff through to ITIL Process Managers, and allows all assyst Users to achieve a recognized qualification. Along with developing and maintaining a highly skilled workforce, assystAPP provides an increased return on IT investment.

assystAPP is about the working IT Service Provision environment - using assyst in a live situation with real scenarios, to develop skills and putting ITIL® theory into practice.

The Program has three award levels, starting with Bronze and working through to Silver then Gold. Real-world assyst experience is the key to each award level as is the relevant ISEB/EXIN ITIL Certificate. As your staff progress through the various assyst Education Courses and build upon their working experience, they will be preparing for the final exam and becoming a Bronze, Silver or Gold assyst Accredited Professional.
