Top Marks for Axios Systems
Choosing help desk software can be a real minefield. For this reason the CSM Group commissioned an independent report to help clarify the service levels in the market place.

Four hundred IT Help desk and Support Managers were asked about their help desk vendor, and this survey forms the report's base. The report provides a snapshot of service levels by scoring major software vendors against each other. Vendor comparison is easy, as the information is presented as an index score in relation to the average index of 100. This makes the report an invaluable independent tool when evaluating help desk software.

This success was repeated in the Initial Request, Implementation and Supplier Relationship categories - "The clear leader of this group was Axios. Top marks were registered for three of the six categories”.

The help facility within the software and assyst's overall performance were also assessed to be well above average.
