The contract for the health care community is the latest success for Axios Systems in North America.

Parkview Health Information Services is in the processes of deploying the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) internationally accepted guidelines for Best Practice in IT Service Management. The initial deployment will be for Service Support procedures of Service Desk, Incident Management (aided by assystNet, a Web-based incident logging and status tracking tool), Change Management, and Asset Management (automated with assystDiscovery, that allows you to control all your assets including hardware and software).

“We are pleased to announce that Parkview Health will be joining the assyst family of users,” said Ross McIntosh, Axios Systems Vice President, North America. With our knowledge of ITIL® and the assyst tool built to align an organization’s IT department to Best Practice, Parkview Health will not only be delivering top patient care but top level care of their IT infrastructure as well.”

assyst will provide the health system with an easy-to-use interface and improved functions for their deployment of ITIL® Best Practice.

“Through assyst we will not only implement best practice IT procedures, but we will also improve the delivery of service,” said Christopher Reed, Senior Information Services Analyst.
