Parkview chooses assyst
The contract for the health care community is the latest success for Axios Systems in North America.
Parkview Health Information Services is in the processes of deploying the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) internationally accepted guidelines for Best Practice in IT Service Management. The initial deployment will be for Service Support procedures of Service Desk, Incident Management (aided by assystNet, a Web-based incident logging and status tracking tool), Change Management, and Asset Management (automated with assystDiscovery, that allows you to control all your assets including hardware and software).
