October Tech: IT Leaders to meet in Munich to discuss next generation service management

Senior IT leaders are invited to discuss the latest developments in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Architecture Management at an upcoming breakfast briefing in Munich. The discussions are framed by impressive growth expected this year for the German IT industry, including a forecast for revenue from IT services expected to rise 3%, to €37.4 billion, and the IT software industry to grow 5.5%, to €20.2 billion, according to digital association Bitkom.


The breakfast will take place at 8.30am on the 8th of October at the Hilton Munich Park. Customer success stories and presentations will be shared, including one by vehicle inspection company DEKRA. For those interested in attending, registration details are below.

The briefing has been organised following the success of a similar meeting in Vienna, where more than 20 IT decision-makers and entrepreneurs recently participated in a forum on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Architecture Management. OSCE, Austrian Post, University of Vienna were among the organizations that participated.
