Forrester Wave Cites Axios as a Leader in both Large and Small Enterprise Service Desk Management Tools Markets
Axios Systems, the international IT Service Management (ITSM) company has been named a Leader in the Forrester Wave TM: Service Desk Management Tools, Q2 2008 report. The report evaluates vendors according to their current offering, strategy and market presence, assessing their ability to deliver appropriate solutions. Axios has been cited as a Leader in the service desk management tools market for both large and smaller organisations.
