Dutch rail consultancy chooses assyst as fast track platform

The IT Service Management solution will be the focal point of the Utrecht-based firm’s IT Help Desk, give it greater control over computer equipment, and enable greater Return on Investment in a competitive market. 

 

Holland Railconsult handles projects related to capacity, safety and integration on the railway network such as designing new railway lines, stations, bridges and tunnels. Its clients in the Netherlands include the Department of Waterways and Public Works, local councils, real estate companies and transport organizations. It also carries out projects for clients in Germany, Poland, Portugal, Ireland and the UK. 

 

The consultancy wanted to take advantage of the upgrade to improve communication to and from the Desk, extend management reporting capabilities, and minimise hardware and software costs through better configuration and asset management.
