Axios Systems, the leading global IT Service Management (ITSM) provider, today announced that Corrine Siba, Manager of IS Operations at Plains Midstream Canada, has been chosen to speak at the highly-anticipated 2014 Fusion Conference and Exposition in Washington D.C. in October.

Plains Midstream Canada, an Axios Systems’ customer, was founded in 2001 and is based in Calgary, Canada. The company provides crude oil transportation, gathering, marketing, terminalling, and storage services in Canada and the United States.

In the recent ‘IT Spending Forecast, 2Q14 Update’ webinar by Gartner Research, it was noted that enterprise software spending has accelerated in 2014 with a 6.9% increase worldwide. Corrine Siba will present a session geared directly towards organizations that are interested in upgrading their current ITSM initiatives. ‘Tools, Tools, Tools: Where Do We Start?’ will provide insight into solutions that will help deliver efficient, and potentially automated, integrated service management. The presentation will also focus on service support and how to incorporate ITIL® processes.
