Axios Systems Achieves the Most Comprehensive V3 Verification to Date from Pink Elephant
Axios Systems announces that its flagship IT Service Management (ITSM) solution, assyst 7.5, has achieved v3 PinkVERIFY™ status for 10 ITIL® V3 processes. Not only is assyst one of the first solutions to be verified under Pink’s new V3 approach, but it is also the only solution to be certified on 10 processes for ITIL® V3 with a single software product.
Pink Elephant’s independent certification program recognizes software that supports the definitions and workflow requirements of individual ITSM processes, specifically around the ITIL® best practice framework. Pink recently reviewed its assessment to bring it into line with the latest ITIL® framework, ITIL® V3. PinkVERIFY is a designation only applied to Service Management software that passes Pink Elephant’s rigorous and objective assessment against the functional requirements for ITIL® V3 compatibility.
The number of processes PinkVERIFIED under one single license is a good demonstration of the functional completeness of a software solution and its match to an organization following an ITIL® approach. It is important that an organization considers how a software solution will extend beyond the current needs to avoid outgrowing the solution.
