The assystMobile client offers advanced wireless capabilities giving mobile employees immediate and untethered ability to access and update business-critical IT Service Management systems. assystMobile showcased at Europe’s largest IT Service Management exhibition, the Helpdesk and IT Support Show in London on April 26th.
assyst is a Help Desk and IT Service Management solution supporting all IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) disciplines in a single consolidated out-of-the-box solution. Mobile assyst users can now access the application directly from their Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) enabled or Wireless Markup Language (WML) devices. This includes WAP-enabled phones as well as Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) with WML browsers and Blackberry RIM (Research in Motion®) devices.
