Axios earns pace-setter award

The company has been included in the 2002 'Fast 50' Awards organized by professional services company Deloitte and Touche and sponsored by Scottish Enterprise. Axios also reached the list in 2001.

The 'Fast 50' is based on turnover increase and favors business start-ups. It also takes no account of profitability, However, Ailsa Symeonides, Sales and Marketing Director, said inclusion represented further recognition of Axios' achievements.

"Although we are already 14 years old and turnover is relatively high for those entering these Awards, our pace of growth continues to be very satisfactory," she commented. "Profitability remains high and it is gratifying to have industry experts acknowledge that our revenue growth remains exceptionally healthy."
