Service Catalog Dashboards & Reporting
Axios provides a full set of standard service catalog templates to allow organizations to rapidly deploy their service catalog. In addition, pre-defined dashboards and management information reports are also supplied which provide organizations with the information they require to analyze all aspects of service operation, including demand management and service availability.
The dashboards and reports cover a number of different aspects including:
- Total service performance
- Demand management
- Service costs and pricing
- Service request SLA performance
- Service portfolio management
From these reports, organizations can quickly identify a number of benefits via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for example:
- The cost of providing services to the business
- Identification of which services are near to breaching budget or request thresholds
- Classifying most and least popular services
- What is the total and component cost of fulfilling service offerings
- Service prices charged to the organization, broken down by department
- Which services are performing poorly

Service Catalog Dashboards
The assyst dashboards supplied focus on real-time measurement of a number of different service catalog and request KPIs. These dashboards are used as an interactive display that can provide a “state of the nation” overview of how services are performing but also highlight potential service issues that may require immediate attention.
"State of the nation" dashboard clearly shows service performance against a set of optional KPIs. This provides a management view of a number of service performance metrics, including demand and performance. This can aid decision making around deployment, purchasing and service focus and provide warnings of potential delivery issues before they happen. The service metrics can be further investigated by drilling down on each 'traffic light' indicator. |
 |
Dashboards can also show the level of demand against services and service offerings. This provides a clear view of which services are close to consuming their allocated budget or allowance and allowing pro-active action to either slow the consumption of those services or request additional funding. |
 |
Other dashboards allow the organization to identify the methods customers are using to request service offerings and log events. This dashboard will allow IT to identify how well the business community is utilizing remote methods of requesting events. Analysis of this information will allow accurate forecasting of future service desk resourcing requirements. |
