Quick Start (15 – 30 days)

Standard (30 – 60 days)

The Standard package has been designed to meet the needs of the majority of organizations with an existing ITSM program by utilizing the configurable nature of the assyst solution to deliver a tailored best practice solution. Processes, roles and data structures are configured within assyst to support and optimize existing practices. This package is aimed at organizations who want to develop their ITSM maturity to the next level.

Bespoke (60+ days)

Bespoke packages are aimed at large organizations looking to transform the way they operate their business by applying best practices to an existing ITSM program. These packages are suitable for large organizations with a higher level of IT maturity, focusing on business-optimization of IT service delivery and support.
