Requirements Analysis

Utilizing process-based workshops and analysis of existing operational requirements, this exercise is designed to identify or confirm the customer’s process, data and functionality requirements for the assyst implementation. The output from this exercise feeds directly into the design stage.


This exercise documents the system design based upon process, functionality and data requirements. The design document provides an essential baseline for both the build and testing stages.


The purpose of this exercise is to build the assyst system to meet the details contained within the design specification. The build stage incorporates installation, system configuration, data importing and interfacing with third party systems to produce a fully functioning off-line implementation.


The system is methodically tested to ensure it meets the implementation requirements and performs as specified.


This exercise is concerned with creating the production copy of the database, the preparation for the first day of live use of the system and the support of the customer during live use.


The assyst solution can interface with third party tools to share data sources and react to external events. The objective of this exercise is to specify, document and implement the required interfaces between assyst and third party tools. Interfacing projects vary between 1-2 days for a common interface requirement to 5 or more days to set up complex custom integrations points.
