NSM features a range of powerful, secure tools designed to deliver a complete remote PC management and support solution over any LAN, WAN or the Internet. The multi award-winning application includes features to further support desktop management in corporate, educational and government environments.
In organizations today, Remote Control solutions play an important role in IT Service Management; enabling support analysts to take control of affected PC’s when necessary, guiding the user through the problem-solving process or by investigating the problem directly. This support method provides quick and efficient troubleshooting and makes it possible for organizations to centralize their end-user support functions.
NSM will be fully integrated with assyst, providing end-users with seamless access to full remote control capabilities, supplementing the extensive out-of-the-box functionality available within assyst.
