Top Marks for Axios Systems

An independent customer service report rated assyst from Axios Systems to be the top IT Help Desk software product and vendor in the UK.

Choosing help desk software can be a real minefield. For this reason the CSM Group commissioned an independent report to help clarify the service levels in the market place.

Howard Kendall, founder of the CSM Group, describes "The Customer Experience" UK Software Vendor Report as "a JD Power-style assessment of the key customer value areas and the vendor performance in those areas - invaluable to both parties in order to guide their selection or adjust their service offering respectively."

Four hundred IT Help desk and Support Managers were asked about their help desk vendor, and this survey forms the report's base. The report provides a snapshot of service levels by scoring major software vendors against each other. Vendor comparison is easy, as the information is presented as an index score in relation to the average index of 100. This makes the report an invaluable independent tool when evaluating help desk software.

assyst from Axios Systems was rated by the survey respondents to be top in the overall assessment index. This success was repeated in the Initial Request, Implementation and Supplier Relationship categories - "The clear leader of this group was Axios. Top marks were registered for three of the six categories”.

These excellent results reflect the continual investment by Axios Systems in pre-sales services and customer communications - "The clear winner in handling these initial enquiries was Axios with both a high index overall and good results at each stage of the process". The help facility within the software and assyst's overall performance were also assessed to be well above average.
