Most Innovative Use of assyst
This award will be presented to the organization that can demonstrate how it has successfully used assyst:
- To deliver services that fall outside the standard IT Service Management arena, or
- Functionality in an imaginative way to provide a solution to a specific problem
Most Improved IT Service Delivery
This award will be presented to the organization that demonstrates its use, full or partial, of any of the assyst suite of products, which allows it to do one of the following:
- Improve service provision to the customer base
- Realize cost savings
- Improve the efficiency of the Service Management operation
Winner (Most Innovative Use of assyst):
For their Shared Services model.
Winner (Most Improved IT Service Delivery):
For achieving ISO/IEC 20000 in only 18 months.
