The Sales Department is headquartered in Edinburgh and is divided into different teams: New Business Development, Account Management, Channel Development, Pre-Sales and Tele-Marketing.

Job Description

To respond to prospective customers\' requests including Invitation To Tender (ITT) and Request For Proposal (RFP) documents
To comprehend and interpret customer ITSM based RFP questions and provide clear concise business focussed answers
To work with the US Sales team providing generalist pre-sales administrative support
To manage the RFP knowledge base

Job Responsibilities

• To collate a range of information relative to the completion of tenders both Technical and Functional requirements
• Management of customer files and information
• Produce high quality Customer facing documentation that communications the value of Axios ITSM solutions to the reader
• Manage the library of knowledge base information ensuring solution descriptions are up-to-date an relevant
• Providing support and advice to Sales, Pre-sales and Account Development teams
• Proactive liaison with internal colleagues to ascertain and to deliver information relating to customer\'s requirements

Required Skills

• A strong understanding of IT and technology
• Basic understanding of ITIL® principles
• Extensive Experience of collating and preparing tender documents
• Well defined administrative skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop new skills independently
• Strongly defined time management skills and awareness of deadlines and prioritization
• Highly skilled in use of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience of dealing with complex customer information requests
• Highly organized and results oriented
• Pro-active solution focused individual
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
• Excellent Time Management

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in Technical responses
• Knowledge of IT Service Management.
• Knowledge and awareness of assyst product and features.
• ITIL® Foundation or above qualification.
