Axios Systems – IT in the Park Gold sponsor – UK Sales Director Ian Moyse will be present to discuss how to create a persuasive IT Service Vision while empowering people and ending break-fix at the event held at Dynamic Earth on Tuesday 25th October.
Ian will be speaking from 09:30-11:00 as part of the Best Practice and Processes section in the Biosphere 2 before joining Barclay Rae and Paul Wilkinson in the afternoon’s Keynote Panel Debate entitled: “What is the future of the IT department?” at 16:00.
Over 200 IT professionals are expected to attend the one-day event run by IT500 and Scot-Tech, and will discover the latest in the IT industry, including hot topics such as SIAM, DevOps and ITAM in addition to several customer presentations.
One such presentation will be delivered by Axios customer The City and County of Swansea, who successfully consolidated two service desks in just 106 days. The Council’s Information and Strategy Manager Jo Harley will describes how Swansea created a unified service desk and transformed user satisfaction by implementing the assyst platform.
